I just wanted to share a bit of behind the scene of my ice cream shoot with RED magazine. I these are three of my current favourite ice cream recipes, that I think you guys will love.
Avocado and lime, prune and raw cacao frozen ricotta (the recipe for this one is in my book) and also a ginger, maple and toasted walnut vegan, coconut based ice cream. I hope you find this interesting and make sure to check out RED’s august issue for the recipes.
